Internal Sales Person Required
SR Electrical are looking for an Internal Sales person who can support the growth and development of our business.
Enthusiasm and initiative are important, and experience of the Electrical Wholesale industry would be an advantage. Applicants will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and naturally ambitious.
You will need to be a confident Team player and have good communication skills.
Preparing and submitting quotes via email, telephone or hard copy and making outbound calls in line with company promotions and to proactively follow up customer enquiries.
Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, tracking, progressing and chasing incoming orders.
Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks, including entering sales orders onto our system and maintaining a customer database.
Ecommerce & Marketing Administrator Required
Due to continued growth and the imminent launch of our new bespoke website, SR Electrical are looking for an Ecommerce Administrator based at our Louth branch.
The successful applicant will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and naturally ambitious.
Experience managing website products is preferable but not essential, however a strong work ethic and initiative are required.
You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work to deadlines and have a high level of computer literacy.
- Adding and updating products on our website
- Gathering images and descriptions from manufacturers websites
- Ensuring online stock levels are correct
- Set pricing for new products and updating current product prices
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Promoting products on social media and preparing flyers/leaflets
